ATL Launches Individual Antenna Rotary Auto-ID System - 12 May 2010

ATL is pleased to announce the launch of it's well-reknown individual antenna auto-id system on rotary parlours. The system seamlessly integrates with the Micro Milk Meter system and ATL Cowculator 2010 PC software to provide milk yield measurement covering the entire animals lifetime.

Re-Launched E-Pulse Pulsation Control - 18 March 2010

Features include:

• Sixteen selectable frequencies in the range 50 to 65 pulses per minute;
• Sixteen selectable ratios selectable from 50% to 75%;
• 4 x 2A 12vDC output channels capable of driving a maximum of 8 Interpuls LE20 pulsators;
• 4 channel ON indicators;
• 230vAC 50Hz input.

New Version of Digital Feeder Control Launched - 10 March 2010

A new version of the Digital Feeder Control has been launched. It still has all the features of the old version, but has the extra option of batch feeding. Furthermore, the global timing pulse is no longer required, as each control has it's own internal pulse, therefore making installation quicker and easier.

New Milk Meter for Sheep and Goats Launched - 10 December 2009

A new milk meter for sheep and goats has been launched. It is based upon our milk meter for cows which was launched in 2004 and is currently working on farms in the UK and Spain.

Re-Launched AirBlast Control - 30 November 2009

Features include:

• Blasts air into milk line(s) during parlour wash routine, improving washing process;
• Caters for single, loop or 2 branch layouts;
• Adjustable air blast time (1.5 - 6.5 seconds);
• Controls 12vDC solenoid valve (not supplied).

New Pulse-8 Pulsation Control - 13 September 2009

Features include:

• 8 channels with precision 1 percent pulse ratio steps from 35/65 to 75/25;
• 30 - 120 frequency range selectable in ninety steps;
• Suitable for any claw pulsation pattern - simultaneous or alternate front/back or diagonal;
• Links to MicroMarque3S to display attention if channel fails due to faulty pulsator;
• Links to Micro Milk Meter System allowing pulsators to be turned on and off from the milking pit;
• Available in 12vDC or 24vDC versions.

New Milk Meter/Feeder and Control Power Supplies - 06 September 2009

The 2 new switch mode power supplies are replacing the 4pt, 8pt and 12pt feeder PSU's, the milk meter psu and the control only/auto-id/pegasus sort gate psu's. These switch mode power supplies are circa 80% efficient, whereas the discontinued power supplies were linear type with circa 50% efficiency, thus reducing the amount of electricity used running ATL equipment, saving the farmer money

New Bracket Kits Available for Controls - 02 December 2008

Features include:

• 2mm Stainless Steel Bracket;
• 2 x 45mm Exhaust Clamps / U-Bolts;
• Stainless Steel Mounting Nuts and Bolts.

• Extra Parlour Control;
