Returns

ATL stands behind the quality of our its products. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product to us within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price less any shipping charges. Returns are only accepted from the purchaser.

Returns over 30 days are only accepted in the event of extenuating circumstances reviewed on a case by case basis and if accepted are subjected to a restocking fee to be agreed upon prior to acceptance of the return.

In all cases where products are returned, the Returns Material Authorisation (RMA) system should be used. Please click here for the RMA system. Registered users can obtain authorisation for returns online.

Software may not be returned under any circumstances unless in relation to a defect in the media on which the software is supplied.

IMPORTANT - Items returned without using the RMA system are not guaranteed to be accepted.
