01 July 2008 - ATL Launches New RMA System
ATL Agricultural Technology Limited is please to announce the launch of a brand new Return Material Authorisation (RMA) system alongside the July 2008 price list.
The RMA system will be used in order to return goods back to ATL; whether they have been incorrectly ordered, or just service exchange items being returned or items being sent in for repair. The RMA system allows the customer to input basic details about the item(s) being returned, and obtain completed paperwork for inclusion with the item for when its returned.
The RMA system will be accessible from the ATL website and enable customers to return goods safe in the knowledge that ATL is expecting them. Furthermore, it will enable siginificant time savings with respect to service exchange surcharge credits and the return of repairs.
