Auto-ID for Rotary Parlours

The ATL Rotary Auto-ID system allows individual rations to be delivered and/or individual milk yields to be stored against cow records automatically.

The system is very simple to use - the system identifies each animal using individual stall antennae. They are identified, fed their individual ration and/or their milk yield is stored for future use. If any animals have a health attention set against them, their number and stall number are announced over a loud speaker system.

The system seamlessly links into the Micro Milk Meter system and Cowculator 2010 PC software providing the following features:
-
Milk yield measurement - stores milk yields for multiple lactations covering the animals entire lifetime
-
Production rate - millilitres of milk produced per minute since the previous milking - low yield attention activates if below calculated value
-
Loud speaker announcement of health attentions
-
Display of low yield attention at cups off position
-
Optional automatic retention of slow milkers
-
Special ACR setting for slow milkers
-
Mastitis quarter loud speaker announcement and attention displayed on milk meter control panel
